We are a full service caterer that offers a vast selection of menus, with an emphasis on contemporary cuisine, using only fresh seasonal produce.
We have various venues at our disposal, in and around Niagara-On-The-Lake, to guarantee your event will take place in beautiful surroundings.

We pride ourselves in our attentive, pleasant waiters, bartenders and bus service staff professionally attired in black. Arrangements for tents, tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, linens and bar service are available.
In addition, we can handle your special requests, such as floral arrangements, musicians, DJ services, clergy and any other customized needs.
We have more than 25 years experience in food preparation and specialty catering. Special dietary requests are always accommodated. References available upon request.

Robin has been involved in the food preparation and specialty catering industry for the past 25 years.
Robin received his initial training in Toronto at some of Canada’s finest restaurants
- Scaramouche with Jamie Kennedy and Michael Stadtlander.
- The King Edward Hotel.
- Original Windsor Arms.
Robin has successfully catered many and varied events over the years, including:
- Shaw Festival Openings.
- Estate Winery Openings.
- Niagara-on-the-Lake Lord mayor’s annual dinner.
- Offsite tented Weddings and Corporate Functions as well as intimate Dinners and Cocktail Receptions.
We also have years of experience in Kosher Foods Preparation at appropriate venues.
Robin has appeared on local radio and television.
Robin is a native of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
